1. About Dominican Mobility
Dominican Mobility is a company dedicated to the rental and delivery of mobility scooters, wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs, walkers, rollators, and related mobility equipment throughout Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto, Miches, Bayahibe, La Romana, and surrounding areas of the Dominican Republic.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or renting equipment from Dominican Mobility, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies published on this website.
3. Reservations
Reservations may be made through our website, WhatsApp, email, telephone, or other authorized communication channels.
All reservations are subject to equipment availability and confirmation by Dominican Mobility.
Dominican Mobility reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation in cases involving fraud, misuse of services, inaccurate information, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Equipment Delivery and Collection
Dominican Mobility delivers equipment directly to hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, private residences, airports, cruise ports, and other approved locations.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and pickup information.
Failure to provide correct information may result in delays or additional service charges.
5. Equipment Usage
The rented equipment must be used responsibly and only for its intended purpose.
Customers agree to:
Operate equipment safely and responsibly.
Follow all instructions provided by Dominican Mobility.
Use equipment only within the Dominican Republic.
Refrain from modifying, disassembling, or repairing equipment without authorization.
Keep equipment protected from theft, misuse, negligence, or intentional damage.
Equipment may not be used for racing, commercial transportation, dangerous activities, or any unlawful purpose.
6. Customer Responsibility
The customer assumes responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.
Customers are responsible for:
Proper operation and care of the equipment.
Monitoring battery levels and charging requirements.
Returning equipment in substantially the same condition in which it was delivered, excluding normal wear and tear.
Reporting any malfunction, damage, accident, or theft immediately.
7. Damage, Loss, or Theft
Customers may be financially responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, intentional misconduct, unauthorized modifications, loss, or theft of rented equipment.
Dominican Mobility reserves the right to assess repair or replacement costs when applicable.
Normal wear and tear resulting from ordinary use is not considered customer damage.
8. Equipment Availability
Although Dominican Mobility makes every effort to provide the reserved equipment model, availability may vary.
When necessary, Dominican Mobility may provide an equivalent or upgraded model without additional charge.
9. Website Information
We strive to keep all information on this website accurate and up to date.
However, pricing, specifications, photographs, availability, delivery areas, and service information may change without prior notice.
Dominican Mobility does not guarantee that all website content will always be free of errors or interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the Dominican Republic, Dominican Mobility shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages.
Loss of vacation time.
Personal inconvenience.
Hotel expenses.
Transportation expenses.
Lost profits.
