Knowing the exact resort name—not only “Punta Cana”—is essential for delivery planning.

Bávaro resort delivery

Bávaro includes many well-known all-inclusive properties. Barceló Bávaro Palace promotes a large collection of pools, dining, entertainment and sports facilities, plus an internal train service around the complex. Lopesan Costa Bávaro publishes several pools, restaurants, bars and leisure areas. Cap Cana resort delivery

Cap Cana includes hotels and vacation communities around Juanillo Beach and the wider Cap Cana destination. Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana, for example, advertises several restaurants and bars, pools, a water park, spa and fitness facilities. Delivery planning should include the hotel’s full name, the guest name on the reservation and an arrival contact number.

Cabeza de Toro resort delivery

Cabeza de Toro is another important resort zone near Punta Cana. The official Catalonia Punta Cana page places the resort in Cabeza de Toro and describes villas surrounded by tropical vegetation and small lakes. Dreams Flora Resort & Spa also identifies its location on Cabeza de Toro beach. Dominican Mobility includes Cabeza de Toro in its free-delivery area.

What happens if there is a technical issue?

Contact Dominican Mobility as soon as an issue appears and stop using equipment that does not feel safe. Our team responds quickly, provides troubleshooting guidance and coordinates technical assistance when needed. Do not attempt repairs or allow an unapproved third party to modify the equipment.

Where the handover happens

Every delivery happens in the hotel lobby. We agree a time with you, meet you there. If the meeting point has to change for any reason, we tell you before your arrival rather than leaving you to find out at the desk.

We collect the equipment at the end of your rental. If you are moving to a different hotel, choose it as your return location when you book and we will collect there instead.
