What to Expect at a Bávaro Resort
Bávaro resorts are large. In our experience, the resorts have ramps in the main areas and elevators to the upper floors, but steps are common too, often right next to the ramp, so the ramp is not always the obvious route. Golf carts exist only at the largest properties, are driven by staff and run fixed routes; you cannot call one to your door. And while some resorts lend a wheelchair for a special occasion, it is for a couple of hours at most and never for a whole stay, with very few chairs available. No. Dominican Mobility does not require a security deposit for most reservations.
Can I cancel?
Yes. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery you receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, excluding payment-processor fees. Less than 24 hours before delivery, you receive 75%. After delivery the reservation is non-refundable.
