Do I need to pay a security deposit?
No. Dominican Mobility does not require a security deposit for most reservations.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free to hotels, resorts, villas and vacation rentals in Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana and Cabeza de Toro. Other zones have a delivery fee for pick-up and the same for return, shown in the booking form before you pay: $15 in Macao, $20 in Uvero Alto, $30 in La Romana and Bayahíbe and $50 in Miches.
Can I cancel?
Yes. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery you receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, excluding payment-processor fees. Less than 24 hours before delivery, you receive 75%. After delivery the reservation is non-refundable.
