Why Rent Mobility Equipment in Punta Cana Instead of Relying on Your Resort
Many guests assume the resort will lend a wheelchair. In our experience delivering to resorts across Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana and Uvero Alto, some resorts lend a chair for a special occasion, for a couple of hours at most and never for a whole stay, and they have very few. In an emergency, staff will bring one. That does not help you get to breakfast, the pool, the beach and dinner every day of a week-long holiday.
The resorts we deliver to have ramps in their main areas and elevators to the upper floors, but steps are common too, often right beside the ramp, so the obvious route is not always the easiest. Golf carts exist only at the largest resorts, are driven by staff and run fixed routes. Distance is the real challenge, and renting your own equipment solves it. How long does a charge last?
Our electric scooters and wheelchair give about 4 to 5 hours of use per charge, so charge them overnight. Plug the charger into a standard outlet in your hotel room, and our representative explains the charging process and basic operation when we deliver.

No. Dominican Mobility does not require a security deposit for most reservations.
Can I cancel?
Yes. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery you receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, excluding payment-processor fees. Less than 24 hours before delivery, you receive 75%. After delivery the reservation is non-refundable.
